Outpatient The Adult Services Outpatient Program is an integral part of the continuum of care offered by DISC Village, Inc. Specializing in the treatment of substance abuse and/or other behavioral health disorders, they offer comprehensive outpatient and case management services to concerned individuals and families.  

Outpatient services are provided by trained professionals experienced in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of individuals and their families with substance abuse and/or other behavioral health disorders.

They are committed to prevention, intervention, quality treatment and aftercare services directed toward long-term recovery.

Free HIV testing and education is also available. With more than 40 years of experience in substance abuse and mental health disorders, DISC (Drug Information Service Center) Village is a comprehensive prevention, intervention, and treatment center located in Tallahassee, Florida.

They are a multi-site community based child welfare, criminal justice, diversion, and substance abuse treatment center that offers substance abuse and mental health assistance through residential treatment programs, outpatient services, and assistance with reintegration into the community.

Each consumer program has been developed and coordinated to coincide with the needs of the consumer in which they serve. DISC Village has one of the state's most comprehensive Juvenile Assessment Centers that hold the Juvenile Drug Court and offers the Juvenile Alternative Service Program (JASP).

Along with consumer service centers all over Northwest Florida, DISC Village is known for its facilitation and coordination of appropriate client-treatment matching, along with juvenile outpatient, adult outpatient, urinalysis, prevention/intervention, and alternative treatment services.

Through their partnerships in Leon, Wakulla and Gadsden County and with Florida's Department of Children and Families and Department of Juvenile Justice, and other private providers, DISC Village is recognized as a leader in the state for initiating, managing, and coordinating delinquency and substance abuse prevention/intervention programs in Northwest Florida.


Mission Statement: It is the primary mission of DISC Village to promote the well-being of individuals, families, and those with whom they are closely associated who are adversely affected by alcohol and other drug abuse, crime, behavior problems, and mental health disorders.
