This is a free 6 month to 1 year residential drug and alcohol rehabilitation program.
Intake hours: Monday - Friday 7 to 10 AM (Exceptions for transports)
Applicants should have ID at intake (or print out from DMV) 21 to 62 years of age
Must submit and pass a drug and alcohol test prior to admission (THC okay / Detox protocol okay)
Cannot have income (ie. Disability, SSI, Unemployment, etc.)
Must be able to physically participate in work therapy environment, in a warehouse setting (ie. cannot have stitches, hernia, back pain, ulcer, etc.
Applicant may need medical clearance) Must be able to stand on feet 40 hours per week and lift 50 lbs.
If prescribed medication, must arrive with a 30-day supply at intake.
Class C medication only - on a case by case basis (Talbott's Medication Guide attached for your reference)
They do not accept registered sex offenders.
Anyone in custody may complete the attached application and submit for our review.
If eligible, they may hold a bed.
